About

Dan Withers

Over the years, I've taught university students in China, helped professionals become more confident communicators, and built onboarding, learning content and an online community for a behavioral health app. Working with different people in different settings has shaped how I approach learning design, and reinforced the importance of understanding who you're designing for.

I love getting into the details of how people learn, understanding where they get stuck, and finding creative ways to help them move forward. AI has become an important part of that work, from building scalable content systems to helping design interactive training experiences where people can practice skills in realistic situations.

I'm a hands-on learner myself. I enjoy experimenting with new technologies, figuring out how things work, and building things that make a difference in people's everyday work.
